对427例正常人和20例老年性骨质疏松性骨折患者的椎体松质骨和密质骨做了单能QCT测量,揭示了正常人男女两性椎体松质骨和密质骨的增龄变化规律及椎体自发性骨折的骨密度阈值,松质骨骨折阈值为100mg/ml,密质骨为220mg/ml.探讨了椎体松质骨和易被忽略的密质骨在预测椎体自发性骨折中的作用,并对QCT骨矿物测量的临床应用及预测椎体自发性骨折的临床价值进行了讨论。
Single QCT measurements were performed on 427 normal subjects and 20 elderly patients with osteoporotic fractures of the spondyloarthroplasty and cadaveric bones, revealing the increase of cancellous and cortical bone in normal men and women Age variation and bone mineral density of vertebral fracture threshold, cancellous bone fracture threshold of 100mg / ml, dense bone 220mg / ml.
