代谢综合征(MS)是一组相关疾病的总称,主要包括与中心性肥胖有关的高血糖、高血压和脂代谢异常等,是以胰岛素抵抗为中心的多种代谢异常的集合。尽管MS概念定义的合理性及其临床价值受到了多方质疑,但其以胰岛素抵抗(IR)为核心,使人们对许多心血管疾病的发病机制的认识和防治发生了重大突破,把过去认为互不相关、彼此分割的疾病与代谢紊乱联系在一起,有益于以一个简捷的方式判断患者
Metabolic syndrome (MS) is a collective term for a group of related diseases, including central obesity-related hyperglycemia, hypertension and dyslipidemia. It is a collection of metabolic disorders characterized by insulin resistance. Although the rationality of MS concept definition and its clinical value have been questioned in many ways, its core of insulin resistance (IR) has led to major breakthroughs in the understanding and prevention of the pathogenesis of many cardiovascular diseases. Irrelevant, disaggregated diseases and metabolic disorders are linked together to help determine patients in a straightforward manner
