我学习毛主席著作断断续续地经历了好几年.中间走过了一些弯路,在开始时,由于学习目的不明确,方法不对头,只是从字面、条文上阅读,不能结合实际,改造自己的思想,并用来指导教学工作,所以收获是很有限的.后来,学习了《实践论》一文中关于改造主观世界和客观世界的关系等内容,开始懂得了一个教育工作者,只有自觉地改造自己的主观世界,才能有效地改造客观世界.没有教师的思想革命化,就不可能把学生培养成无产阶级革命事业接班人.这就是毛主席说的教育者必须首先受教育的道理.但由于自己认识水平不高,在开始考虑如何把毛主席的著作运用到教学中去时,认为在讲课中能引用毛主席的一些指示,就是在教学中运用了毛主席的思想;脱离教材和学生实际,课后一了解,效果并不大.后来通过学习了有关活学活用毛主席著作的一些文章,又反复地学习了
