９０年代以来，部分医院［１，２］在白内障及人工晶状体植入术中采用球周麻醉代替传统的球后麻醉，取得较好的效果，因其操作简便，合并症少，正越来越受到眼科工作者的欢迎。我院应用球周单点小剂量麻醉于内眼手术７９例１０１眼，收到满意效果，现报告如下。１　资料与方 Since the 1990s, some hospitals have used perineal anesthesia instead of the traditional retrobulbar anesthesia in cataract surgery and intraocular lens implantation to achieve better results.
