据不完全统计,2004年,从云南、广州、深圳及境外的缅甸等地流入哈尔滨市的各类毒品与2000年相比,从数量到种类都大幅增加。就冰毒片一项,所贩运的数量就是自1999年以来历年贩运量的总和。仅从2004年缴获的毒品数量推算, 毒品交易额近亿元。所立毒品案件比2000年增长了7．8％,其中大宗毒品案件与2000年相比上升了88％。吸食毒品的总人数和2000年相比增长了近7倍。
According to incomplete statistics, in 2004, the quantities of various types of drugs that flowed into Harbin from places such as Yunnan, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Myanmar outside China increased substantially from the number to the kinds in 2000. As for the first one, the amount trafficked is the sum of the traffic in the past years since 1999. Judging from the quantities of drugs seized in 2004 alone, the volume of drug traffic has reached nearly 100 million yuan. The number of established drug cases increased by 7.8% over 2000, with the bulk drug cases increasing by 88% compared with 2000. The total number of people taking drugs increased nearly seven-fold from 2000.
