在山区建设中,一些楼房住宅建筑常采用因山就势、灵活错层的建筑手法(图1),这是一项减少土石方的开挖量、省工省力、加快建设速度、降低工程造价的有力措施。但随之带来一个问题,即阶梯处房间的一面墙壁埋在小坡内,使该处的房间变得很潮湿,因而存在一个防潮防水(以下简称“双防”)的处理问题。这个问题在多雨的南方山区显得更加突出。如果处理不好,则直接影响该房间的使用效果。因此必须引起应有的重视。本文就多雨的南方山区阶梯式住宅建筑双防处理问题,谈一点意见。
In the construction of mountainous areas, some buildings and residential buildings often adopt a construction method that is mountainous, flexible, and stratified (Figure 1). This is a powerful way to reduce the amount of earthwork excavation, save labor, speed up construction, and reduce construction costs. Measures. However, there was a problem that a wall of the room in the staircase was buried in a small slope, which made the room in the room very wet, and therefore there was a problem of handling of moisture-proof and waterproof (hereinafter referred to as “double prevention”). This problem is even more prominent in the rainy southern mountains. If it is not handled properly, it will directly affect the use of the room. Therefore, it must be given due attention. This article talks about the dual prevention and treatment of the rainy southern mountainous stepped residential buildings.
