油桐(Aleurites fordii Hemsl),是重要的木本油料树种。国内外研究者在油桐良种选育方面已做了许多工作。至目前止,良种选择仍不失为油桐主要的良种培育手段。我们自1963年起,曾对18个省内外农家品种1083株,经过九年的定点观察。在了解遗传基本规律的基础上,自1965年开始进行了96个单交组合测定,初步获得了具有明显杂种优势的五爪桐×少花吊桐的杂交一代(F_1),F_1×少花吊桐的回交一代(R_1)。在此基础上,又进行了杂种优良单株的选择工作,以期通过定向培育达到油桐品种改良之目的。同时,着手进行了杂交种子园的建立,以期为油桐生产提供良种。现将试验的初步结果整理如下,供
Aleurites fordii Hemsl is an important woody oilseed species. Researchers at home and abroad have done a lot of work in the breeding of oil tung tree. Until now, the selection of elite seeds is still the main breeding method of tung tree. Since 1963, we have 1083 farmer varieties in 18 provinces and autonomous regions, after nine years of fixed-point observation. Based on the understanding of the basic rules of inheritance, 96 single crosses were measured since 1965, and the hybrid F1 generation with low heterotrophic tree (M. var. Tong backcross generation (R_1). On this basis, the selection of excellent hybrid plants was carried out again, in order to achieve the purpose of improved varieties of tung oil through directional cultivation. At the same time, proceed with the establishment of hybrid seed orchard, in order to provide good seed production of tung tree. The preliminary results of the trial are now organized as follows
