在刑事案件的侦破现场,无论是照明,还是寻找证据,都需要用到光源。多种现代化的光源在刑侦现场的应用,大大提升了破案效率,减少了寻找证据时对现场的破坏程度。在现场物证勘验中,各种痕迹物证的细节往往是很微弱的,在普通光照条件下,很难捕捉和记录到这些细节。由于物体本身对光的反射、吸收的特性不同,在一些特殊的可见或不见光源的照射下,物证的表面将得到不同的亮度分布,从而显示出不同的细节。
