目的探讨黑斑蛤蚧对过敏性哮喘的治疗作用。方法以卵清蛋白致敏方法建立BALB/c小鼠过敏性哮喘模型,给予黑斑蛤蚧粉干预治疗。观察肺组织病理变化;检测肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中嗜酸性粒细胞占白细胞总数的百分比,以及IgE水平,评价黑斑蛤蚧的药效。结果肺组织炎症改变不明显;嗜酸性粒细胞占白细胞总数百分比以及IgE水平显著低于实验对照(P<0.05)。结论黑斑蛤蚧对哮喘具有较好的治疗作用。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of black spot gecko on allergic asthma. Methods BALB / c mice model of allergic asthma was established by ovalbumin sensitization. The pathological changes of lung tissue were observed. The percentage of eosinophilic leucocytes in BALF was measured, and the level of IgE was measured to evaluate the efficacy of black spot gecko. Results The inflammatory changes of lung tissue were not obvious. The percentage of total leukocyte and IgE in eosinophils were significantly lower than those in experimental group (P <0.05). Conclusion Black spot Gecko has a good therapeutic effect on asthma.
