目的 探讨角膜覆盖术治疗角膜葡萄肿的意义。方法 1995年 2月～ 2 0 0 1年 4月 ,对 12例 (12眼 )角膜及角巩膜葡萄肿进行了角膜覆盖术及临床随访观察。结果 12眼均治愈 ,术前残留部分视力的 4眼中 2眼术后视力有所改善。 12眼中无一例发生排斥 ,患眼的颜色无一褪色。结论 应用角膜覆盖术治疗角膜及角巩膜葡萄肿临床证明效果确实、安全可靠 ,免除了摘除患者眼球所造成的身心上的痛苦。
Objective To investigate the significance of corneal covering surgery in treating corneal staphyloma. Methods From February 1995 to April 2001, corneal coverage and clinical follow-up were performed on 12 cases (12 eyes) of cornea and corneal scleral staphyloma. Results All the 12 eyes were cured. Two of the 4 eyes with residual visual acuity before surgery had better postoperative visual acuity. None of the 12 eyes had rejection and no color faded. Conclusion Corneal and corneal scleral staphylomas have been clinically proven to be safe and reliable, eliminating the physical and psychological pain caused by enucleation of patients.
