建筑工程造价预算在建筑施工中占据着重要的位置,它是投资者控制成本投入的主要参考内容,其控制效果不仅能够降低成本投入,还可减少建筑工期。因此,建筑工程造价预算控制已经成为工程人员的主要研究内容。笔者将结合自身工作经验,浅谈控制要点和把握措施,希望能为相关研究提供一定的参考。
The construction cost estimate occupies an important position in the construction. It is the main reference for investors to control the cost input. Its control effect can not only reduce the cost but also reduce the construction period. Therefore, the budget control of construction project has become the main research content of engineering staff.
