目的了解南平市近年来托幼机构消毒质量情况,找出存在的问题,提出改进措施。方法通过回顾性调查,对南平市2011-2014年托幼机构的消毒监测结果进行分析。结果 2011-2014年托幼机构消毒质量合格率为85.66%,其中餐具、物体表面、室内空气和工作人员手的合格率依次为89.86%、87.99%、86.19%和75.5%;公立托幼机构消毒质量的合格率(89.20%)高于私立托幼机构(83.15%);幼儿数<100人、幼儿数100~199人、幼儿数200~299人和幼儿数≥300人的托幼机构消毒质量合格率依次为79.53%、84.79%、87.55%和91.97%,随着机构规模增大消毒质量合格率有所提高。结论南平市托幼机构消毒质量总体情况较为稳定,室内空气和工作人员手是托幼机构消毒工作的薄弱环节,私立和规模较小的托幼机构的消毒工作有待加强。
Objective To understand the quality of disinfection in nurseries in Nanping City in recent years, to find out the existing problems and to propose improvement measures. Methods By retrospective investigation, Nanping City, 2011-2014 nurseries disinfection monitoring results were analyzed. Results The qualification rate of disinfection in nurseries was 85.66% from 2011 to 2014. The pass rate of tableware, object surface, indoor air and staff was 89.86%, 87.99%, 86.19% and 75.5% respectively. The public nurseries disinfection The qualified rate of quality (89.20%) was higher than that of private nurseries (83.15%). The disinfection quality of nursery schools with number of toddler <100, number of toddler 100 ~ 199, number of toddler 200 ~ 299 and number of toddler 300 The pass rates were 79.53%, 84.79%, 87.55% and 91.97%, respectively. As the size of the organization increased, the passing rate of the disinfection quality improved. Conclusion The overall quality of nurseries in Nanping City is relatively stable. The indoor air and staff are the weak points in disinfection of kindergartens and nurses. The disinfection of private nurseries and nurseries should be strengthened.
