本文将从短期和中长期两个方面,提出提高对外贸易对我国经济增长贡献度的政策选择。短期政策选择,主要是根据我国目前面临的国内外经济环境,为确保短期经济增长提供相关对策建议。中长期政策选择,主要是考虑到政策的持续性与中长期效果,着眼于21世纪我国外贸发展及经济发展目标而提出的战略选择。
This article will put forward the policy options of increasing the contribution of foreign trade to the economic growth in our country from the short and medium to long term. Short-term policy options are mainly based on the current domestic and international economic environment in our country and provide suggestions on how to ensure short-term economic growth. Medium- and long-term policy choices mainly take into account the policy’s continuity and long-term results, and focus on the strategic choice proposed by China’s foreign trade development and economic development in the 21st century.
