研究了不同时期喷施复合植物生长调节剂对小麦植株生理特性、子粒灌浆及产量形成的影响。结果表明,复合生长调节剂处理均能增加小麦叶片叶绿素含量,提高SOD活性,但施用时期、施用量及种类不同,其效果有差异。拔节前施用MET混DPC能有效地促根、增蘖、壮秆、降低株高。孕穗期施用FA混GA3和BR混FA可显著地减少不孕小穗数,增加穗粒数和粒重。扬花期施用的BR混FA和GA3混FA可明显的增加灌浆强度,提高千粒日增重。其中以拔节期喷施MET混DPC,扬花期喷施GA3混FA的综合化控处理效果最好,比对照增产15.2%。
The effects of compound plant growth regulators sprayed on the physiological characteristics, grain filling and yield formation of wheat plants were studied. The results showed that all treatments could increase chlorophyll content and SOD activity in wheat leaves. However, the effects of different application rates and types were different after application of compound growth regulators. Applying MET mixed DPC before jointing can effectively promote root, increase tiller, strong stalk and lower plant height. The booting FA application of FA GA3 and BR mixed FA can significantly reduce the number of spikelets, increased grain number and grain weight. The application of BR mixed FA and GA3 mixed FA in flowering stage can obviously increase the grouting strength and increase the 1000-grain weight gain. Among them, spraying MET mixed DPC at jointing stage and spraying GA3 mixed flowering at flowering stage had the best effect of comprehensive treatment, which increased 15.2% more than the control.
