目的了解在大学生中开展预防艾滋病/性病干预的效果,探索在该人群中开展预防艾滋病/性病健康教育的有效实践。方法选取浙江省艺术学院、信息学院、外语学院二~三年级学生4349名作为研究对象,并随机确定其中2所为干预学校(1444名)、2所为对照学校(2905名)。对干预学校实施多媒体授课、播放录像、发放宣传小册子和校园张贴宣传画相结合的干预措施,对照组不进行任何干预。结果干预后干预学校学生艾滋病/性病相关知识知晓率平均由59.7%提高至75.0%,对艾滋病/性病流行形势势和相关政策知晓率平均由57.8%提高至77.2%。结论健康教育能有效提高大学生艾滋病/性病相关知识水平,值得进一步推广。
Objective To understand the effect of HIV / STD intervention among college students and to explore effective practices in this population for HIV / STD prevention education. Methods 4349 secondary and tertiary freshmen from Zhejiang Arts College, Information College and Foreign Language Institute were selected as research subjects and randomly selected 2 intervention schools (1444) and 2 control schools (2905). The intervention group did not intervene in the intervention group through the implementation of multimedia teaching, playing videos, distributing brochures and posting posters on campus. Results After the intervention, the awareness rate of AIDS / STD-related knowledge among intervention school students increased from 59.7% to 75.0% on average, and the awareness rate of HIV / STD prevalence and related policies increased from 57.8% to 77.2% on average. Conclusion Health education can effectively improve college students’ HIV / STD-related knowledge and is worth further promotion.
