ZY21000/38/82D型液压支架是国内外首套投入使用的8 m超大采高掩护式液压支架。针对该型支架,利用Creo建立三维数字模型,使用ANSYS SCDM软件对初始模型进行简化处理,依据《GB 25974.1-2010煤矿用液压支架第1部分:通用技术条件》利用ANSYS Workbench对液压支架3种工况(顶梁扭转、顶梁偏心、顶梁扭转+底座两端)进行加载分析,得出支架结构件的主要受力分布及位移情况,有针对性地指导液压支架的设计。
ZY21000 / 38 / 82D hydraulic support is the first set put into use at home and abroad 8 m large mining cover hydraulic support. According to this type of support, the three-dimensional digital model was established by Creo and the initial model was simplified by ANSYS SCDM software. According to “GB 25974.1-2010 Coal Mine Hydraulic Support Part 1: General Technical Conditions”, ANSYS Workbench was used to analyze the hydraulic support (Main beam torsion, top beam eccentricity, top beam torsion + both ends of base) were analyzed. The main stress distribution and displacement of the support structure were obtained, and the design of the hydraulic support was pointedly guided.
