目的:比较观察光动力治疗(PDT)和热激光光凝(TLP)治疗对年龄相关性黄斑变性(AMD)患者低视力(LVR)的临床疗效。方法:对 42 例(42 眼)AMD 患者资料进行回顾性研究,其分别行 TLP 治疗(组 1)或 PDT 治疗(组 2)。一旦确定 AMD 处于非活动期,患者在 LVR 部进行视力康复,以提高其远、近视功能。结果:18 眼接受了 PDT 治疗,24 眼进行 TLP 治疗。激光治疗后,组 1 患者的平均最佳矫正视力为0.14,组 2 平均为 0.16。两组比较,视力于激光治疗前后都没有统计学差异;两组的 LVR 都有提高,但两组中只有近视力比较有统计学差异。结论:本研究结果表明,PDT 和 TLP 治疗后患者的视力均有所下降,PDT 治疗时,LVR 患者近视力改善更为有效。
Objective: To compare the clinical effects of photodynamic therapy (PDT) and thermal laser photocoagulation (TLP) on low vision (LVR) in patients with age-related macular degeneration (AMD). Methods: Forty-two patients (42 eyes) with AMD were retrospectively studied. They were treated with TLP (group 1) or PDT (group 2). Once AMD is determined to be inactive, the patient is visually impaired at the LVR department to improve their far and near vision function. RESULTS: Eighteen eyes underwent PDT and 24 eyes underwent TLP. After laser treatment, the average best corrected visual acuity in group 1 was 0.14 and that in group 2 was 0.16. There was no significant difference in visual acuity between the two groups before and after laser treatment. The LVR of both groups increased, but only the difference of near vision between the two groups was statistically significant. CONCLUSIONS: The results of this study show that patients with PDT and TLP have decreased visual acuity and that improvements in near vision in LVR patients are more effective when treated with PDT.
