与传统的汽包液位测量方式不同之处为:DCS系统中采用了差压LT和液位LI两个变量;汽包液位差压变送器的负迁移量及量程以0℃水温所对应的值进行;对送给DCS系统的差压信号进行温度和压力多段线性化函数折算的修正及量程换算,再赋值给汽包液位变量LI。其特点为汽包液位信号LI在从0℃到汽包的最大工作压力的饱和温度范围内均能较准确地进行显示,由此提高了测量精度及系统的性价比。
