经过近十几年我国各界金融人士对金融行业的不断发展与摸索,我国的金融市场得到了迅猛的发展与进步,其中证券市场作为我国金融市场的主要金融体系之一,其发展程度的极大提高是极其显著的。在我国目前的金融经济系统当中,信息作为重要的经济资源之一,也像资本、土地一样成为必须的生产资料,同时也作为一项重要产业来纳入国民的经济核算当中。由此可见,信息资源对我国证券市场来说是密不可分的一部分,而当下证券市场面临的种种问题也与信息的不对称性有着很大的关联。其主要因信息披露虚假、管理层监管疏忽以及信息披露不及时、不主动再加上信息披露的随意性较大等因素,致此导致我国证券市场的发展面临着极大的阻碍。综上所述,本文将对信息的不对称性给我国证券市场带来的恶劣影响进行分析与探讨,旨在为金融人士提供良好的参考及帮助。

The main reasons for the development of China’s securities market are facing great obstacles due to such factors as the false disclosure of information, the negligence of management supervision, the improper disclosure of information, the lack of initiative and the randomness of information disclosure. To sum up, this article will analyze and discuss the adverse impact brought by the asymmetry of information on the securities market in our country, aiming to provide a good reference and help for financial professionals.
