房地产业在我国经济体系中举足轻重,地位与作用不言而喻。作为国民经济的重要组成部分,房地产行业同时也在在中国证券市场上扮演着特殊角色,本文围绕宏观与微观经济的不同视角对房地产行业股票价格的影响因素进行实证分析。通过选取宏观经济指标、地产也的行业指标和房地产股票价格指数等相关数据,运用多元回归分析法,得出地产业股票价格与房地产住宅投资、房地产企业个数、房地产企业的营业利润、平均房价成正比、与国内生产总值和基准货币供应量成正比而与居民储蓄年底余额和居民消费价格指数成反比。
Real estate industry plays an important role in our economic system, its status and role are self-evident.
