目的为有效提高篮球基本技术教学效果,使学生在有限的学习时间内尽快掌握所学技术。方法采用文献法、调查法、统计分析法、系统设计法和教学实验法,总结篮球基本技术教学改革的经验,对篮球基本技术教学过程进行优化设计和实践验证。结果经过两轮8个月的教学实验,结果表明实验组各项技术指标均值明显优于对照组,且有显著性和非常显著性差异。结论最佳教学模式的建立,优化了教学结构的教学过程,产生了良好的教学整体效应,使教授环节和学习环节相对应、相沟通,有利于调动学生的学习积极性、主动性,加快学生对所学技术动作的真正理解和掌握。
The purpose is to effectively improve the teaching of basic basketball skills and enable students to acquire the skills learned as soon as possible during the limited learning time. Methods The methods of literature, investigation, statistical analysis, system design and teaching experiment were used to summarize the experience of basic basketball teaching reform and optimize the design and practice of basic basketball teaching. Results After two rounds of eight months of teaching experiments, the results show that the average of the technical indicators in the experimental group was significantly better than the control group, and there was significant and very significant differences. Conclusion The establishment of the best teaching mode optimizes the teaching process of teaching structure and produces a good overall teaching effect.
