本文对三轴燃气轮机热力循环计算进行了建模,包含压气机模块、燃烧室模块和透平模块,基于部件性能采用误差矩阵描述燃气轮机运行时部件间的平衡关系.研究了三轴燃气轮机热力循环计算方法.以某三轴MW级燃气轮机为对象,根据由CFD计算获得的该燃气轮机的压气机、透平的性能,计算和分析了该燃气轮机在不同运行工况时的稳态性能,通过与实验测量数据对比.表明热力循环计算结果与实验结果一致.验证了热力循环计算方法的有效性.
In this paper, the thermodynamic cycle calculation of a three-shaft gas turbine is modeled, including the compressor module, the combustion chamber module and the turbine module, and the error matrix is used to describe the balance between the components of the gas turbine operation based on the component performance. Aiming at a three-axis MW-class gas turbine, the steady-state performance of the gas turbine under different operating conditions was calculated and analyzed according to the performance of the compressor and turbine of the gas turbine calculated by CFD. By comparing with the experimental measurement The comparison of the data shows that the calculation results of the thermodynamic cycle agree with the experimental results, and the validity of the thermodynamic cycle calculation method is verified.
