本研究利用细胞电泳技术,探讨了茫崖及涞源温石棉对人红细胞表面电动电位的影响。结果表明,茫棉及涞棉作用红细胞30分钟后,可致细胞电泳速度加快,表面电动电位值增大,并与石棉剂量有关。柠檬酸铝可明显降低温石棉对表面电动电位的影响,使电位值恢复至正常对照水平。
In this study, the cell electrophoresis technique was used to investigate the effect of Mangui and Mangyuan chrysotile on the electrokinetic potentials of human erythrocytes. The results showed that the effect of cell gap electrophoresis and electroporation on the surface electrokinetic potential increased with the dose of asbestos after the cells were exposed to the blank and cotton for 30 minutes. Aluminum citrate can significantly reduce the impact of chrysotile on the surface electromotive potential, the potential value returned to the normal control level.
