一前言地震是一种地质现象,是地壳运动过程中所发生的一种运动形式。目前我们对地震地质的研究还很不够。在地震预报中,地震地质工作还多局限于对地质构造性质、晚期断层活动等方面的描述,从而提出地震发生的地质背景,以及划分地震区等。但地质背景的变化是很缓慢的。从地质背景不能显示出未来地震发生的时间。因些在地震预报中就不能起到应有的作用。为着更有效地作好地震预报,地震地质除研究一个地区的地质构造外,还应该注意到
