20世纪90年代以来,区域经济合作已成为世界经济的一个重要发展趋势,但是,全球范围内的区域贸易协定地域存在着严重的不平衡。实践证明,合作本身是化解国与国冲突的最有效的途径。
Since the 1990s, regional economic cooperation has become an important trend in the world economy. However, there are serious imbalances in the regional RTAs around the world. Practice has proved that cooperation is itself the most effective way to resolve the conflicts between countries.
