抽油杆缺陷是造成躺井的主要因素之一 ,为此应用了抽油杆表面缺陷涡流式井口检测装置。介绍了装置的工作原理、仪器的组成、检测过程、辨别方法和技术性能。装置利用便携微机进行数据采集、分析和存贮 ,建立档案 ,缺陷报警准确率高 ,探伤结果直观 ,可根据需要随时调整检测精度 ,保证抽油杆具有足够的剩余寿命 ,延长了检泵周期。根据现场应用存在的问题 ,改进了装置的探测体。通过 12 6口的应用 ,以及与 72口井和人为缺陷杆的对比表明 ,这种装置可以满足现场检测要求 ,经济效益显著 ,其投入产出比高达 1∶9 1。
The sucker rod defect is one of the main factors that cause the well to lie. To this end, the eddy current wellhead detection device of sucker rod surface defect is applied. The working principle of the device, the composition of the instrument, the testing process, the distinguishing method and the technical performance are introduced. The device uses a portable microcomputer for data acquisition, analysis and storage, file creation, high defect alarm accuracy and intuitive test results. The accuracy of the inspection can be adjusted at any time according to the needs to ensure sufficient remaining life of the sucker rod and prolong the inspection pump cycle. According to the field application of existing problems, improve the detection device. The 12 6-port applications and the comparison with 72 wells and man-made defect rods show that this device can meet the requirements of on-site inspection and has obvious economic benefits with an input-output ratio as high as 1:9 1.
