目的探讨HELLP综合征的早期诊治方法。方法回顾分析本院8年来妊娠期高血压疾病并发HELLP综合征9例患者的临床资料。结果HELLP综合征主要表现为溶血,血小板降低,肝酶升高。治疗原则为治疗妊娠期高血压疾病,早期使用糖皮质激素,适当输注血小板等血制品,适时终止妊娠。结论HELLP综合征是一种严重威胁母儿安全的并发症,如及早发现、及时治疗、适时终止妊娠,可降低母儿死亡率。
Objective To explore the early diagnosis and treatment of HELLP syndrome. Methods The clinical data of 9 patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and HELLP syndrome in our hospital during 8 years were retrospectively analyzed. Results HELLP syndrome mainly manifested as hemolysis, thrombocytopenia, elevated liver enzymes. The principle of treatment for the treatment of hypertensive disorders during pregnancy, early use of glucocorticoids, blood transfusion and other appropriate blood products, timely termination of pregnancy. Conclusion HELLP syndrome is a serious complication of threatening maternal and child health. Early detection, timely treatment and timely termination of pregnancy may reduce maternal mortality.
