目的建立中药隔山消中砷、汞、镉、铅的原子荧光光谱检测方法。方法采用原子荧光分光光度法测定隔山消中砷、汞、镉、铅4种元素的含量,并对测定方法进行方法学考察。结果对于所测元素,标准曲线的相关系数r>0.999 3,回收率为99.4%~102.3%,RSD<5%,隔山消中的砷、汞、镉、铅4种重金属含量符合2005年版《中华人民共和国药典》中重金属的限量标准。结论该方法快速、简便、准确且灵敏度高、效果满意,为隔山消中重金属含量测定提供了较好的方法。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of arsenic, mercury, cadmium and lead in Gushanxiao of traditional Chinese medicine by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Methods The content of arsenic, mercury, cadmium and lead in Gehua Xiaxiao was determined by atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry, and the methodological study was carried out. Results The correlation coefficient of the standard curve was> 0.999 3 and the recoveries were 99.4% -102.3% with RSD <5%. The contents of four heavy metals in arsenic, mercury, cadmium and lead from Gushanxia were in accordance with the 2005 edition of “Zhonghua People’s Republic of China Pharmacopoeia ”heavy metals in the limited standard. Conclusion The method is rapid, simple, accurate, sensitive and satisfactory. It provides a good method for the determination of heavy metals in Jianshanxiao.
