X光透镜是90年代国际上发展起来的新技术。整体平行束X光透镜能把点X光源发出的发散X光束聚焦后转变成准平行X光束。我们使用整体平行束X光透镜和准直管在Si(111)晶体上进行了Cu-Kα辐射的衍射实验。实验结果表明:在X光源同一功率条件下,使用整体平行束X光透镜和准直管比单独使用准直管测量的衍射峰强度提高了近3倍,显示了整体平行束X光透镜用于点光源X射线衍射的优越性。
X-ray lens is a new technology developed in the 1990s in the world. The overall parallel beam X-ray lens converts the divergent X-beam emitted by the point X source into a quasi-parallel X-beam after focusing. We performed a Cu-Kα radiation diffraction experiment on Si (111) crystal using a monobloc beam X-ray and a collimation tube. The experimental results show that the intensity of the diffraction peak measured by using the parallel beam X-ray lens and the collimating tube is almost three times higher than that of the collimating tube alone under the same power of the X-ray source, and the whole parallel beam X- Point light source X-ray diffraction superiority.
