本文的主要任务是探求发生于塔式提升机及井塔上的振动的主振源,以及防止产生共振现象的措施。根据测振仪实测与消振处理的实践,提出主根源是提升机转子的失衡。 为防止共振现象和消减井塔的振动,必须尽可能使提升机组的激振频率与井塔的固有频率间的差别增大。为此,以位移方程和矩阵迭代法电算求得九个自由度的井塔系统的前三阶固有频率,并与机组运动参数相比较给出了数值上的分析。
The main task of this paper is to explore the main sources of vibration that occur in tower hoists and towers, and measures to prevent resonance. According to the measured vibrometer and the practice of vibration suppression treatment, it is proposed that the main root cause is the unbalance of the hoisting machine rotor. In order to prevent the phenomenon of resonance and reduce the vibration of the shaft tower, the difference between the exciting frequency of the hoisting unit and the natural frequency of the tower must be increased as much as possible. For this reason, the first three natural frequencies of the well tower system with nine degrees of freedom are calculated by displacement equation and matrix iteration method, and the numerical analysis is given compared with the unit movement parameters.
