随着社会的发展与进步,人们的工作节奏明显加快,社会竞争更加激烈,容易增大员工的生活和工作压力,加剧员工的失衡感、失落感,并进而产生抱怨、焦虑、失眠、抑郁、冷漠、怨恨、偏执等不良情绪。这些不良情绪如果得不到及时疏导化解,容易导致心理障碍、心理失控甚至心理危机,不仅伤及个人身心健康和幸福,也会造成一些社会问题。如何缓解员工的心理压力、促进员工的心理健康、实现员工的自身和谐,已经成为加强和改进企事业单位思想政治工作,维护团结稳定、促进社会和谐的重大课题。
