围绕着美军参谋长联席会议的《联合构想》和国防部的《四年一度防务评估》报告,美海军也相应地提出来了自身的21世纪战略目标,并为实现目标采取了一些重大举措,其中之一就是加速海军及海军陆战队的作战实验室建设。
Around the “Joint Conception” of the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the U.S. Army and the “Quadrennial Defense Assessment” issued by the Department of Defense, the U.S. Navy also proposed its own strategic goal for the 21st century and took some major measures to achieve its goal. One of them is to speed up the construction of operational laboratories for the Navy and the Marine Corps.
