目的:进一步研究系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)的免疫发病机理。方法:腹腔注射大肠杆菌脂多糖(LPS)100μg/只,诱导BALB/C小鼠多克隆B细胞活化致免疫机能紊乱的SLE样模型。结果:造模各组白细胞介素2(IL—2)水平均显著降低;复合给药组与模型组比较,IL—2水平明显升高,而单独给药组较之模型组指标无明显改善。结论:该模型能较好地模拟人类SLE热毒炽盛,内伏营血为患的伏气病机。苓丹片配青蒿琥脂及少量激素既可起协同作用,又可减少激素用量。
Objective: To further study the immunopathogenesis of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Methods: Intraperitoneal injection of 100μg/L of Escherichia coli lipopolysaccharide (LPS) was used to induce the activation of polyclonal B cells in BALB/C mice. Results: The levels of interleukin-2 (IL-2) decreased significantly in each model group. Compared with the model group, the level of IL-2 was significantly increased in the model group, but there was no significant improvement in the individual group compared with the model group. . Conclusion: This model can simulate the pathogenesis of human SLE, which is highly toxic and euphoric. Dandan tablet with artesunate and a small amount of hormones can play a synergistic role, but also reduce the amount of hormones.
