结合大众创新,万众创业的热潮下,以大为机电这一小微企业黑木耳菌袋窝口机的研发生产为案例,基于校企合作模式下,构建的“企业新产品研发+高职学生能力培养”运行模式,实现了双方资源的共用、共建、共享,较好地解决了小微企业新产品开发过程中普遍存在的生产设备不足和高职院校学生“实战能力”有待提升的问题,较好地解决了校企双方在各自的发展存在的问题,实现了校企双方的合作共赢,为众多小微企业提供了借鉴。
