疲劳曲线(又称S-N曲线)是进行疲劳分析的最基本资料,它是疲劳设计的基础。几十年来它吸引着许多工作者的注意和兴趣。众所周知,传统的静强度设计是以屈服极限σ_强度极限σ_b为依据的,断裂力学设计是以应力强度因子K(K_c或K_(Ic))为依据的,疲劳设计是以疲劳曲线为依据的,而断裂力学疲劳设计则是以裂纹扩展速率(da)/(dN)和界限应力强度因子幅值ΔK_(th)为依据的。
Fatigue curve (also known as S-N curve) is the most basic information for fatigue analysis, it is the basis of fatigue design. It has attracted the attention and interest of many workers for decades. It is well known that the traditional design of static strength is based on the yield strength limit σ_σσ_b. The fracture mechanics design is based on the stress intensity factor K (K_c or K_ (Ic)), and the fatigue design is based on the fatigue curve While the fatigue mechanics of the fracture is based on the crack propagation rate (da) / (dN) and the amplitude of the limiting stress intensity factor ΔK_ (th).
