目的:临床采用粘结式上颌前方牵引装置矫治替牙期骨性前牙反患者,以极坐标系头影测量方法分析其临床效果。方法:按照纳入标准选择口腔正畸科门诊替牙期功能性前牙反患者22例(年龄7-11岁,平均年龄9.7岁,男女各半),治疗前后正中咬位拍摄头颅侧位定位片,以Bolton(Bo)点为极点,Bo-N线为极轴建立极坐标系,分别测量颌面部A、B、Gn、Sn、U1、L1、UL、LL、Pog等9个软硬组织标志点的极角和极径共18个测量项目。测量数据经SPSS17.0统计软件处理进行配对t检验。结果:Bo-A平均增大2.84mm,Bo-U1平均增大3.36mm,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01),Bo-Pog平均减小2.09mm,Bo-LL平均减小2.46mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:X线头影测量采用极坐标系可以整体描述患者颅面侧貌变化,矫治替牙期前牙反可以快速改善患者颜面侧貌。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the clinical effect of cohesive maxillary anterior traction device in the treatment of skeletal anterior skeletal anterior crossbite patients with polar coordinate cephalometric method. Methods: According to the inclusion criteria, 22 patients (aged 7-11 years, mean age 9.7 years, half male and half female) with orthodontic orthodontics were selected for orthodontic treatment. The Bolton (Bo) point is the pole and the Bo-N line is the polar axis to establish the polar coordinate system. Nine soft and hard parts of A, B, Gn, Sn, U1, L1, UL, LL, A total of 18 measurements of the polar angle and polar diameter of the logo points were organized. Measurement data were processed by SPSS17.0 statistical software paired t test. Results: Bo-A increased by 2.84mm and Bo-U1 increased by 3.36mm on average (P <0.01), Bo-Pog decreased by 2.09mm and Bo-LL decreased by 2.46mm on average, The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: X-cephalometry using polar coordinate system can be used to describe the changes of craniofacial profile in patients with complete orthodontic treatment of anterior teeth can quickly improve the facial features.
