以彬长矿区某矿40110综放工作面运顺为背景,对掘进过程中的支护方案进行了优化,应用FLAC数值模拟软件建立相应的计算模型,分析对比了优化前后2种支护方案的围岩变形规律。现场试验及监测研究表明提出的运顺支护优化方案合理可行,保证了运顺围岩的稳定。
Taking the support of 40110 fully mechanized top coal caving face in a mine in Binchang mining area as the background, the support scheme in the process of excavation was optimized. The corresponding calculation model was established by using FLAC numerical simulation software. The two support schemes before and after optimization were analyzed and compared Rock deformation law. Field tests and monitoring studies show that the proposed Yun-Shun support optimization program is reasonable and feasible to ensure the stability of Yun-Shun rock.
