2007年10年-2009年5月作者对85例鼻中隔偏曲合并常年性变应性鼻炎患者采用综合治疗措施，即在鼻内镜下行功能性鼻中隔矫正＋下鼻甲黏膜部分切除术，取得了较满意疗效，现报道如下。
