隧道窑余热利用越来越受到砖瓦企业的重视,余热利用方式也呈现出多样化趋势。合理开发利用窑内富余热量不仅能够给企业带来附加收益,也减少了燃煤锅炉产生的CO2、SO2等气体排放,是砖瓦企业对节能减排工作的一大贡献。1.砖瓦行业余热利用现状余热利用一直随着隧道窑的发展而发展,从简单到复杂,从单一性到多样化,随着节能减排工作的深入开展,又成为行业发展的新亮点。目前国内砖瓦行业余热利用方式主要有以下5点:
