绩效管理成为许多事业单位积极探索和追求的改革目标,然在推行过程中,成败并举。这亦对事业单位在改革逐步深化的新形势下推行绩效管理提出了更高要求。实践证明,坚持以“以人为本为核心,树立全面、协调、可持续的发展观,统筹兼顾,促进经济、社会和人全面、和谐发展”的思想来指导推行绩效管理,是决定绩效管理成败之根本。文章在分析存在的问题的基础上,提出相应的管理措施和思路。
