硅钢制造技术和产品质量是衡量国家特殊钢生产水平的重要标志之一。区别于传统板坯流程,薄板坯连铸连轧流程生产硅钢,在板形均匀性、节能降耗等方面具有显著优势,但也存在系列技术难题,如无取向硅钢夹杂物控制难、连铸水口易堵塞、表面瓦楞缺陷、磁性能不稳定等;取向硅钢关键元素(Als、N)控制窗口更窄、连铸黏结漏钢、铸坯表面裂纹、成品现状缺陷、磁性波动大等。
