把企业内部分配搞活,是完善企业经营机制的一项重要内容。许多企业在实行承包经营责任制以后,创造了许多行之有效的分配办法,对于调动职工的积极性,提高经济效益,提高产品质量,降低物质消耗,起了积极的作用。其中,以质量为否决指标的计件工资和定额工资形式,因透明度大而更有诱惑力,更能激励生产者的积极性,创造出高效率、低消耗的生产力。本期选择了一组不同行业(企业)内部实行计件工资和定额工资的经验,以期使读者有所裨益。
Enlivening the internal distribution of enterprises is an important part of improving the business management mechanism. Many enterprises have created many effective distribution methods after implementing the contract responsibility system, which has played a positive role in mobilizing the enthusiasm of employees, improving economic efficiency, improving product quality, and reducing material consumption. Among them, the form of piece-rate wages and fixed-rate wages that use quality as a veto index are more tempting because of their greater transparency, and they can incentivize the enthusiasm of producers and create high-efficiency and low-consumption productivity. In this issue, we selected a group of different industries (companies) to implement the experience of piece-rate wages and fixed-rate wages in order to benefit readers.
