随着素质教育和课程改革的深入推进,如何加强学校文化建设,彰显学校特色,让教育回归本原,成为基础教育改革和发展的重要使命。日照第一中学以特色创建为目标,在继承和弘扬学校优秀传统文化的基础上,精心培育“和·容”文化,以“和·容”文化为引领,创新开展“师生成长共同体”课题研究,回归“师生共同成长”的学校教育本原,逐步形成“师生共同成长,人人追求卓越”的和谐教育特色。
