一、临床表现恶性淋巴瘤的临床表现变化多端,与首发症状、受累器官以及疾病病程的早晚有关。该病以无痛性、进行性淋巴结肿大为特征,少数发生于淋巴结外的组织或器官,后者以非何杰金淋巴瘤(NHL)较多见,而何杰金病(HD)仅9%发生于结外。我科总结的161例恶性淋巴瘤就诊时主要受侵部位见表4。表4 161例恶性淋巴瘤就诊时主要受侵部位
First, clinical manifestations The clinical manifestations of malignant lymphoma varied, and the first symptom, organ involvement and disease course sooner or later. The disease is characterized by painless, progressive lymph nodes, with a few occurring in tissues or organs outside the lymph nodes, the latter being more common with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL), whereas Hodgkin’s disease (HD) 9% occurred outside the knot. 161 cases of malignant lymphoma at the conclusion of our department, the main invasion site see Table 4.
