本文就北京第一热电厂主要燃用的三种煤及三个炉前煤样,系统地介绍了煤灰在高温下的熔融行为。实验表明,在弱还原性气氛下,灰中铁、钙的活性比氧化性气氛下更大,它们加速了灰的熔化,使得灰熔融性较低;用灰中SiO_2/Al_2O_3—0.39研究灰中硅、铝对灰熔融性的影响比用SiO_2/Al_2O_3—1.18更接近实际情况;灰中Fe~(2+)比Fe~(3+)更能降低灰的粘度.
This paper systematically introduces the melting behavior of coal ash at high temperature on three types of coal and three kinds of coal samples burned mainly by Beijing First Thermal Power Plant. Experiments show that in the weak reducing atmosphere, the activity of iron and calcium in the ash is larger than that in the oxidizing atmosphere, which accelerates the melting of the ash, resulting in a lower melting of the ash. Using the SiO 2 / Al 2 O 3 - 0.39 ashes, , The effect of aluminum on ash fusion is closer to the actual situation than that of SiO 2 / Al 2 O 3 -1.18, and the Fe 2+ in the ash can reduce the viscosity of the ash more than Fe 3+.
