中职教育是我国教育制度的基本组成部分,国家为了加大社会主义现代化建设,培养社会急需的技术性、实践性的专业人才,从政策、教育经费上等方面加大中职教育的倾斜力度,中职教育也迎来历史以来最大规模的扩招运动,从学生数量和质量层次上,都有着非常大的提升。由于中职教育学生门槛低,文化水平低,对学习普遍不感兴趣,这给要求扎实的基础知识的物理教学带来了巨大挑战。同时中职物理教师队伍建设落后,教学理念和形式跟不上新课改的需要。对此,中职学校应当整合物理教学资源,提高物理教师的教学素质与手段,采取多层次、多梯度的评价体系,互动多样式的教学形式,势必拉动学生学习物理知识的兴趣,帮助当前中职物理教学走出困境。
Secondary vocational education is an essential part of China’s education system. In order to step up socialist modernization, the state fosters the technical and practical professionals urgently needed by the society, and increases the inclination of secondary education in terms of policy and education funding. Secondary vocational education also ushered in the history of the largest expansion of enrollment movement, from the number of students and quality levels, have a very big upgrade. Due to the low threshold of secondary vocational education students, low level of education, generally not interested in learning, which brings great challenges to the physics teaching which requires a solid foundation of knowledge. At the same time, the construction of physics teachers in secondary schools lags behind and the teaching ideas and forms can not keep up with the needs of the new curriculum reform. In this regard, vocational schools should integrate physical teaching resources, improve the quality of physical education teachers and means to adopt multi-level, multi-gradient evaluation system, interactive multi-style teaching forms, is bound to stimulate students interest in learning physics to help the current Vocational physics teaching out of the woods.
