对山东省青岛市某高层建筑结构设计时上部结构嵌固部位设置的选择进行了研究。对上部结构嵌固部位分别设置在管道夹层的顶板、管道夹层楼板、基础底板三种情况进行计算分析,得出三种选择对工程结构影响的利与弊。研究结果显示,上部结构的嵌固部位首选应设置在主楼±0.000夹层顶板,这种做法不仅满足规范要求,而且从结构受力角度也是最合理的;其次,可考虑把上部结构的嵌固部位设置在基础底板,这种做法同样也是满足规范的要求,但是从结构受力角度来说较不合理,会导致结构造价的增加;最后一种选择是将上部结构的嵌固部位设置在夹层楼板,这种做法从结构设计受力角度也是较为合理的选择,但是无梁楼盖的结构形式不满足规范条文的要求,不提倡这种做法。因此,在实际工程中,上部结构嵌固部位的确定过程往往较为复杂,结构设计人员需要采用包络设计方法,对不同部位的结构模型进行比较计算,取不利值设计,以确保结构的安全。

Therefore, in practical engineering, the fixing process of the upper structure is often complicated. The structural designer needs to use the envelope design method to compare and calculate the structural models of different parts, and take unfavorable value design to ensure the structural safety.
