古代雅典的民主政治是奴隶社会国家政治体制发展的最高形态。这种奴隶制的民主政治无疑对当时雅典经济的繁荣、科学文化的昌盛起到了巨大的推动作用,对以后的西方文明产生了深远的影响。因此,自十九世纪以来各国学者对雅典民主政治的研究迄今不衰。但是,对于雅典法制和法律思想的发展,尤其是它们同民主政治的关系却没有得到充分的研究。本文仅就古代雅典法制的发生发展作一初步探讨。
The ancient Athens’s democracy was the highest form of the political system in the slave society. This slavery democratic politics undoubtedly played a huge role in promoting the prosperity of Athens and the prosperity of the science and culture of Athens at that time and had a profound impact on the western civilization in the future. Therefore, since the nineteenth century scholars from all over the study of Athenian democracy has not failed. However, the development of the legal and legal thoughts in Athens, especially their relations with democracy, has not been fully studied. This article only on the occurrence and development of ancient Athens legal system to make a preliminary discussion.
