“理实一体化”教学模式包含多方面的一体化,首先是融合专业理论知识与实践教学内容的一体化,即把教师的专业知识、技能、教学能力结合起来一体化,日常教学与实训基地的一体化。不能把它简单理解为理论教学和实践教学在形式上的结合,而是从学生技能技巧形成的认知规律出发,实现理论与实践的有机结合。实践证明,从中职学生的特点、课程特点和当前的教学现状来考虑,这种教学模式很适合机电专业的学生,可以有效地提高学生的专业技能。
