自从1969年Mc Cord和Fridorich首先发现并提出检测超氧化物歧化酶方法至今,目前已是各基础和临床各学科讨论的热题之一。为了探讨中度高原地区口腔常见疾病唾液中的Cu·Zn-SOD含量,我们自1988年3月起对本地区健康人群以及我院口腔科门诊、住院患者进行了唾液SOD(超氧化物歧化酶)含量的放射免疫分析法测定。现报告如下:材料与方法1.检测对象:健康组:经门诊常规体检后健康者71例(男性41例、女性30例),年龄13岁至55岁,平均31岁。口腔常见病组116例:龋齿病86例(男性46例、女性40例),年龄13岁至54岁,平均28岁;牙周组织病24例(男性14例、女
